It was Bipasha Basu’s birthday and the haute actress made sure she celebrated it in style, in her own special way. Long before her birthday, Bips had plans to take off with boyfriend John Abraham on an African safari in Kenya. But the riots that broke out there put paid to all those plans. Ask her what did she do on her birthday and she laughs.Bips had two birthday celebrations this year.
One, as we’ve just said, was in Goa with boyfriend John. And the other was with her parents at home. Shares the Bong bombshell, "After I returned, I had another celebration lined up, and this time it was with my mom and dad. And yes, I again had some great food, which was specially cooked for me by mom. One of these, was her speciality the gajar ka halwa that I just love." That sure was a very happy birthday indeed, Bips!

Abhay Deol’s fantasy has come true. The actor, who played a guy who fantasises about Yana Gupta in Manorama-Six Feet Under, is actually dating Aftab Shivdasani’s ex-girlfriend in real life!
If sources are to be believed, Yana and Abhay are in a steady relationship since the past two months. Although the two had initially decided to keep their relationship a secret, they seem to have changed their minds and thrown caution to the winds.
An industry insider says, “Yana and Abhay are often spotted together at a suburban hotel in Mumbai. They also attended veejay Yudhishtir’s birthday party in December together.”
Although one has not heard Abhay getting into any serious relationship, his name has often been linked with Saif Ali Khan’s sister Soha Ali Khan. Abhay was also seen going out for a movie with Neetu Chandra of Garam Masala fame.

A source says, “This time, Abhay looks more serious. He is moving out with Yana very often these days.”
Yana is a divorcee. She was married to Indian artist Satyakam Gupta and changed her last name from Synkova to Gupta.
Aftab was very serious about her and they were in a relationship for nearly two years. If sources are to be believed, Aftab had moved out of his parents’ home when he was dating Yana. The Czech beauty had even been working with an interior designer to get her house ready so that Aftab could move in with her, but the relationship fizzled out before Yana’s new pad got ready.
Despite repeated attempts, Abhay and Yana remained unavailable for comment
